Our Return Policy

It's easy to fall in love with an image and sometimes, if we're really lucky, the real deal arrives on our doorstep to be opened with a big smile. Sometimes though that's not the case, and we totally get that!

In times like that here's how we can help you ...

Roldorf & Co. is dedicated to the quality of the products we represent and, of course, the satisfaction of our customers. However, should you not be satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days after your order is delivered.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it is received by you, defining this condition as: new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be refused.

Engraved purchases are final sale only.

Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 30 days from receipt of return.

Please note that we are not liable for the costs associated with the return of your order. Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method. The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the credit amount you expect. Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with said loss or damage.

You may be eligible to exchange an item should any unwanted goods be returned in identical condition as received. However, please note that Roldorf &Co. is not obliged to agree to make any exchange and is entitled to treat any attempted exchange of goods as a simple return. Notwithstanding the above, any exchanges are subject to availability (and any balance of the purchase price owed being duly paid together with any additional despatch costs linked to the exchanged item).


International Return policy

  • Return postage -  fully insured - by a major courier (FedEx- Purolator-DHL or UPS) paid by the sender.
  • Re-import taxes into Canada (if required) are the responsibility of the sender.
  • Once received, the watch will be inspected for any and all signs of damage /wear. If the watch fails the examination it will be returned to the sender without refund.
  • A restocking fee of 25% will be levied on special ordered items.
  • If a watch bracelet has been adjusted (links removed) Roldorf & Co will not accept a return as it would be considered worn. 
  • A return shipment must be 'return post-dated' within 7 days from the date of delivery in order to qualify for a return refund.
  • Engraved purchases are final sale only.
