The messaging below provides a clear description of how you can pay for your completed jobs, have new jobs picked up, and how they can be returned to you.
Customer safety is held at utmost importance, and we recognize that maintaining physical distancing is paramount at this time.
BOTH OF OUR LOCATIONS ARE NOW OPEN WITH MODIFIED TIMES . We will continue to provide you with superb watch servicing and repair. If you currently have a watch that is in our care and have received a work-order completion notification, please reach out to us.
Here are a few options for you to pickup or have your items delivered!
1. Parcel delivery via Canada Post.
2. Personal home drop-off, following physical distancing and safety measures.
3. Have your item available at the location most convenient to you.
We will be accepting credit card payments and eTransfers, arranged prior to delivery.
eTransfers can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PayPal can be used for CreditCards: email@example.com
As a precaution, each item will be wiped with a disinfectant wipe and placed in a plastic sealed bag. This disinfectant will not affect the material or functioning of your watch.
