FIVE YEARS OF ROLDORF PROTECTION
Every qualifying new NOMOS purchased through Roldorf includes five years of protection.
Years 1–2
NOMOS FACTORY WARRANTY
Your watch is covered under the NOMOS factory warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to NOMOS warranty terms.
Years 3–5
ROLDORF PROTECTION
After the NOMOS factory warranty period ends, Roldorf continues to provide protection for qualifying mechanical faults and workmanship issues, subject to programme terms and standard exclusions.
This is designed to provide confidence during the years when ownership becomes real.
LIFETIME OWNERSHIP SUPPORT
Your relationship with Roldorf does not end after five years.
Lifetime Ownership Support means your watch has a long-term service home with people who understand mechanical watches and care about how they continue to perform.
Your Roldorf Ownership Record is linked to the watch serial number and provides an ongoing connection to our team for:
- Service and maintenance guidance
- Advice before repair or restoration decisions
- Ownership and service history for work completed through Roldorf
- Help with straps, wear, water resistance, travel, and long-term care
- A familiar workshop when your watch needs attention in the future
Lifetime Ownership Support does not mean unlimited free servicing, repairs, parts, shipping, or labour. It means that your watch will always have a knowledgeable place to come back to.
PROTECTION TRANSFERS THROUGH REGISTERED OWNERS
The value of a Roldorf-sold NOMOS can continue beyond the original purchaser.
Five Years of Roldorf Protection follows the watch through registered owners until the original protection expiry date.
Lifetime Ownership Support also follows the watch through future registered owners.
That means a Roldorf Ownership Record can become part of the watch's story, helping preserve continuity, service confidence, and long-term value.
The original purchaser's first-service benefit remains with the original purchaser.
PREFERENTIAL SERVICE
During the five-year protection period, qualifying Roldorf-owned NOMOS watches receive preferential intake, assessment, and schedulingnwhere technical requirements allow.
We'll triage your watch immediately. If there is a simple fix we'll do it right then and there. For more complex issues, we cannot promise an exact completion date before taking the time to examine your watch, but we can promise that your watch will be handled with preference by people who understand both the product and the relationship behind it.

The original purchaser receives:

This is a one-time benefit for the original purchaser of a qualifying NOMOS watch bought through Roldorf.

The Roldorf Ownership Advantage applies to qualifying new NOMOS watches purchased directly through Roldorf only.
Standard exclusions apply, including accidental damage, abuse, misuse, normal wear, routine service intervals, water damage caused by misuse or failure to maintain water resistance, and unauthorized third-party work.
Roldorf Protection and Lifetime Ownership Support are Roldorf programmes. They are separate from the NOMOS factory warranty except where explicitly stated.
